Support Policy
CMSTheme only provides technical support through our support forum. Sales, billing and other inquiries which involved confidential information such as FTP login details, private URLs, etc. may be done through email communication for security purposes.

LIMITED SUPPORT
There's a difference between what is considered support (technical support) and modification support. We provide full technical support but we officially do not provide any modification support.
If you are requesting modification support, which include but is not limited to altering the look of our Pligg Templates, changing any elements of the design, etc., it is our sole discretion to provide guidance or nothing at all.
Furthermore, Pligg has plugins called Pligg Modules which also uses template files for its presentation. Templates for these modules are not part of the customization of our Pligg Templates and it is our discretion if we modify the modules' templates to match with our Pligg Templates or leave it by default. We do not support modifications for these templates and we cannot guarantee that our Pligg Templates will work with these modules.
Additionally, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization and administration of Pligg itself.

SUPPORT HOURS
Our technical support hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (GMT +8). During this time, we can provide feedback on any support queries within 12 – 24 hours. We may also be able to provide support beyond these hours if time will allow.
