new here. Just purchased boxybuzz. I see it under 'My template licenses' but when I click on my template downloads I get the message that I don't have the sufficient privileges.

Can someone please advise me on this.

I'm quite surprised that I have to wait this long to even download a template. What kind of a service is this?

To _______: Refund my money. I'm better off customizing a Pligg template than having to wait for over 12 hours to download the bloody template. THANKS FOR NOTHING

The reason why we we're not able to activate your order immediately is that we're having an internet related connections during the past few days up until now. We have no choice if we have internet connection problem because we have only one ISP in our area.

With that said, we also stated in our FAQs page that activation of orders can take up to maximum of 24 hours, in which yours was made 15 hours ago.

Anyway, your payment has been refunded in full amount.
