  • How much does is cost for a single Pligg template?
    The cost varys from one template to another. Go to the template's details page to see the actual cost.

  • How does the payment process work?
    Before you can order a Template License(s), you need to register first in our site and validate your email address. Once registered, browse on each template details and click the "Order Now"" button. Next, follow the on-screen instructions until you complete the payment.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal.

  • I have completed the payment but I cannot download any Pligg template(s)?
    We manually verify each order we received. Once verified, we will activate your account to be able download your purchased Template License(s) and have access in the support forum. Verification could take up to a maximum of 24 hours, business days.

  • Where I can download the templates?
    On the top menu, go to My Account > My Downloads

  • I have already bought one Template License, can I buy another?
    Yes, of course. Just browse the template you want to have, then click the "Order Now"" button. You can also go to My Account > My Template Licenses to order a new Template License.

  • If I ordered and decided no to use the template, can I get my money back?
    NO. Our Licenisng Terms clearly states that the your payment is non-refundable because we are dealing with intangible items. Please be sure to check out the information, features and limitations about our templates and also evaluate the demo site to make sure you are comfortable before purchasing any Template License(s).

  • Can I use your templates for my client?
    No. Our Licensing Terms and Conditions states that "Licensee may not sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from CMSTheme.com."

  • What Pligg version that is compatible with the templates?
    Please check on the template's details page to see what Pligg version it is compatible with. Our templates are either compatible with Pligg Beta 9.9.5 or Pligg 1.0.0.

  • Do the templates comes with PSD file?
    No, all templates didn't include a PSD file.

  • Can I remove the "Design By " information in the footer?
    Yes of course, you can edit or totally remove the link to PliggThemes.com in the footer. However the claim on creation of the template such as "Template By Your Company", "Design By Your Company" and such similar things are not allowed.

  • Can I use the templates for work that I do for clients?
    No, it can be use only for your owned domains and/or sites.
